A number of new homes have been finished being built in Cottam.
Based off Cottam Way the Waterside development is a mix of two-bedroom flats, three, four and five-bedroom homes.
Nine two-bedroom flats have been completed and will see the first people move into the development from Spring next year.

Thousands of new homes are due to be built in Cottam and the North West of the city during the next decade as part of the North West Preston Masterplan.

Preston City Council says it wants to create a ‘garden city’ and planning permission has been granted for two major new roads – the Preston Western Distributor and East-West Link Road into Fulwood.
