Fire crews called to blaze at car workshop

Crews from Lancashire Fire & Rescue Service attended a fire this evening (December 31).
The incident reportedly occurred at a car workshop in Barton Lane at around 8.48pm.
Crews from Penwortham and Fulwood attended the scene.

No injuries were reported as a result of the incident.
The fire has been extinguished although Lancashire Fire & Rescue Service will remain at the scene damping down for some hours.
