An array of ceramics, printmaking and other artwork is going on display from the New Year.

The free public exhibition has opened at the University of Central Lancashire’s PR1 gallery.

Artlab Contemporary Printmaking Studios is presenting ‘Outcome’ with eight professional artists showcasing their work.

One of the artists involved Jane Elizabeth Bennett said: “This will be an exciting and dynamic show that has brought together an eclectic mix of practitioners.

“It has been a great experience working with such a vibrant group and this really comes across in the collection of work on display.”

Other artists showcasing their work include Lanty Ball, Tina Dempsey, Cliff Richards, Jess Rotherham, Jenny Steele, Jacqui Symons and Theresa Taylor.

You can see the art on display from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday from Wednesday 3 January to Wednesday 31 January. The PR1 Gallery is within the university’s Victoria Building, just off Adelphi Street.
