PCSO Andy said: “Although in terms of cost, not a massive amount of damage but it causes quite a bit of disruption for the hard working volunteers who want to see their community library thrive. We believe that this mindless damage is likely to have been caused by teens living nearby.”

Anyone with information is asked to call police on 101 quoting 7093@lancashire.pnn.police.uk quoting crime reference SA1718015.
