The Ferret has resumed serving alcohol during the week after resolving issues with its premises licence.
The issues, ongoing since the end of September, meant that the pub could only serve alcohol at weekends and were operating corkage during the week.
Tim Davies, general manager of the bar, said: “The Ferret is back in booziness.
“After a mix up which led to the lapsing of the premises licence and a month of only serving alcohol at weekend The Ferret is no longer dry during the week.

“Thursday sees the return of Strange Bones from Blackpool playing their final show of their Nationwide tour.”
The Ferret is also currently operating a burger meal deal that gets you burger, fries and a soft drink for £5 from 12-4pm in the week.
A statement from Tim when the issue first surfaced said: “The Ferret have had a paperwork issue with our licence which has meant that we are unable to sell alcoholic drinks at the moment, except at weekends.
“We would like to apologise to everyone for this issue and are working to get this matter sorted out as soon as we can.”
