Motorbikes dumped by youth centre in Ashton-on-Ribble

Two motorbikes have been dumped at the side of a Preston youth centre.

Preston City Council has been informed about the abandoned vehicles.

Found on Friday 24 November at the Star Youth Centre in Tulketh Crescent, Ashton-on-Ribble, there are three bikes in total.

The city council is now understood to be working to remove the motorbikes.

What is classed as an abandoned vehicle?

they have been stationary for a significant amount of time
they are significantly run down, unroadworthy, seriously damaged or burnt out
there are flat tyres, wheels removed or broken windows
they are untaxed or without a current MOT certificate
they have number plates missing
they have no keeper on the DVLA’s database

Anyone can report an abandoned vehicle to the city council online.
