A chance to remember loved ones lost takes place at a Preston hospice this week.
Light Up A Life is the annual dedication evening at St Catherine’s Hospice.
During Tuesday evening in the hospice grounds in Lostock Hall lights are switched on in memory of those we have lost this year.
The dedication evening takes place from 5.30pm on Tuesday (28 November) with the lights switch on at 6.30pm.

Director of community and income Lorraine Charlesworth said: “This is one of St Catherine’s most poignant occasions, and is an opportunity for people to come together to remember and reflect on special lives at this important time of year.
“Everyone is welcome to attend, including those who don’t already have a connection with the hospice. The Light Up A Life remembrance book is available to view on the night, and is kept in the hospice’s chapel all year round for people to visit whenever they wish.”
Visitors will also have the opportunity to view the Light Up A Life remembrance book, and there will be music and readings before the switch on.
