One of the first housing developments to be built on for the North West Preston Masterplan has seen the latest plans tabled.
Connemara development off Lightfoot Green Lane in Fulwood is seeing the northern side of its boundary redrawn.
Developers Persimmon Homes say they will be able to fit an additional 12 homes onto the site if plans are accepted.
Known as Silver Hill Gardens the additional homes will take the total to 137 homes.
Persimmon Homes say the additional units will help with meeting Preston City Council’s target of housing supply.

The North West Preston Masterplan is seeing thousands of new homes built across the north west of the city – but it has a chequered past.
Initially refused by the city council in 2012 it was overturned on appeal by the planning inspector in 2013, despite numerous objections from Woodplumpton Parish Council and nearby residents.
