Family 1st Fitness is coming to Cardinal Newman College
Families are set to get healthier with free activity sessions taking place at Cardinal Newman College.
Brought to you by Family 1st Fitness, the new partnership with the college will help families get active together and improve their health and well-being.
The Free activities will be taking place at the College’s St Augustine’s Sport Centre.

Cardinal Newman College are showing their commitment to supporting the local community by offering their facility free of charge to Family 1st Fitness, enabling their popular sessions to remain free to families as well.
A total of four sessions are being offered, including on Saturday 18 November, 25 November, 2 December and 9 December from 10.30 – 11.30am.

Each session evolves around a story with families going on mini adventures each week, undertaking different challenges to save the Preston lambs.
Limited spaces are available, and you will need to register your family to take part.
