Teenager charged in connection with Penwortham flashing

A 16-year-old from Preston has been charged in connection with two flashing incidents.

South Ribble Police confirmed the male arrested on Wednesday (11 October) had been charged.

The teenager, who cannot be named due to his age, is charged with two counts of indecent exposure.

The incidents took place in Manor Lane on Monday and Carlisle Avenue on Tuesday – both in Penwortham.

PC Emma Devereux thanked the public for their help in sharing the police appeal for information.
