Police tasered a driver in Preston following a chase near the Bus Station.

A stolen Saab was spotted in the city and failed to stop for police officers.

Preston Police gave chase and the pursuit came to an end round by one of the Bus Station car park ramps.

Police boxed in the Saab and removed the driver from the car by force, including using a taser.

The driver is now in custody.

The black Saab had been stolen from the Manchester area.
