The first stage of a new business park in Bamber Bridge has been fully let and sold.
Momentum at Cuerden, close to the B&Q and Burger King at South Rings Business Park has seen all 22 units taken.
Dozens of jobs are due to be created as new industrial units, warehouses, storage units and offices are to open on the 15,550 square foot site.
An open day was held on Friday (20 October) to mark the work on the first stage, with the first units set to be occupied by March next year.
Partner at property consultants Robert Pinks and Co Danny Pinkus said: “We are extremely excited to be marketing Momentum @ Cuerden and delighted that the development is being driven forward by occupier demand.
“As part of the Cuerden Strategic Site, Momentum and its occupiers will benefit from the planned growth and investment right on its doorstep and as the site becomes more established, large scale occupiers and strategic occupier interest will ultimately follow.”
