A man has been arrested after eight Romainian men were discovered working at a car wash in Preston.
Immigration officials raided the Shiny car wash in London Road, Fishwick, on Thursday (19 October).
One man was arrested on suspicion of trafficking workers into the UK.
The eight employees, all white Romainian male nationals, have been taken to a temporary reception centre.
The suspect is being interviewed by the Gangmasters and Labour Abuse authority.

They ordered the raid and were supported by officers from Preston Police’s modern slavery unit, immigration officials and the National Crime Agency.
The eight Romanian nationals are being interviewed and assessed to see if they should be referred to the UK human trafficking centre as potential victims of trafficking.
The Gangmasters and Labour abuse authority was granted powers in April this year to investigate forced labour associated with modern slavery and trafficking.
