An arson investigation has been launched after a caravan fire in Preston.
Nearby residents reported the fire as the blaze tore through the vehicle in Manor House Lane, Holme Slack.
The burnt out shell of the vehicle has been left on the side of the road.
Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service put out the fire shortly before 9.30pm on Wednesday (6 September).
No one was hurt during the fire.
Those living nearby said the caravan had been left there for a number of days and had become a target for vandalism and for youths to congregate near it.
