Student flats evacuated in Preston city centre

Five fire crews were scramble to reports of a fire in a block of flats in Preston city centre.
Lawson Street flats were evacuated shortly after 1pm on Saturday (23 September).
Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service received reports of a fire at the student accommodation.
However firefighters have been unable to locate a fire.
Fire crews have spent an hour at the site and its thought the fire alarm may have been triggered by someone burning incense in their room.
