Philip James missing: Preston man not seen since late August

Police are appealing to find a man not seen since late August.
Philip James was last seen on Wednesday (30 August) at his home in Preston.
He left the house at 8.30am according to his housemate and has not been seen since.
The 59-year-old man is described as white, slim, 5’5″, wearing dark jogging bottoms and a dark t-shirt.
He has links to the Blackpool area and could be in that area.
Anyone with information on Philip’s whereabouts is asked to call Preston Police on 101 quoting reference LC-20170901-0782.
