Five cars involved in M6 crash near Preston

Two lanes of the M6 were shut due to a crash near Preston.

Five cars were involved in the crash which closed two lanes between Junction 30 (M61) and Junction 31 (Tickled Trout).

The incident happened around 6.45pm on Wednesday (27 September).

Lancashire Police were on the scene and traffic was slowing passed the scene.

Drivers were warned to approach with care.

All lanes reopened around 7.40pm.
