Preston’s largest park is to be filled with all sorts of free activities as part of a family fun day.

Continuing on from the Park It events the Moor Park Get Together is free and includes a range of events.

There’s a climbing wall, fun inflatables, face painting and circus skills – as well as live music performances.

Many of the sports clubs in the city are attending to run mini games and challenges for children to try.

The fun day runs from 1pm to 4pm on Sunday 13 August.

It’s also a chance to explore Moor Park’s restoration project as it continues – with more than £2million being spent on bringing the park back to its Victorian splendour.
