Lorry crash shuts two lanes of M6 at Preston

A jackknifed lorry is causing delays on the M6 southbound.

Two lanes were shut between Junction 31A and Junction 31.

Highways England say they are expecting to clear the lorry by lunchtime.

Delays of 20 minutes were being experienced by drivers heading south from Junction 32 at Broughton.

No one is understood to have been hurt in the crash.

The lane closures were listed shortly after 12noon.
