Joseph Alderson missing: Stafford boy thought to be in Preston

Police have released a picture of a teenage boy who has gone missing.

Joseph Alderson, 15, is understood to have boarded a train to Preston from his home in Stafford.

He was last seen around 5pm in Stafford town centre on Friday 18 August.

Joseph is described as white, 5ft 5in tall, of slim build with a short, light-brown mohican hairstyle. At the time of his disappearance he was wearing a grey north-face hoody with grey north-face tracksuit bottoms and black trainers.

A spokesman for Preston Police said: “We are concerned for Joseph’s welfare and are urging anyone who has information about his whereabouts to contact officers.”

Anyone with information can contact police on 101 quoting log reference 1034 of the 20th August.
