A year-round nursery is opening in Cottam from September this year.
Ashbridge at Maxy Farm, in Sandy Lane, is the latest in the independent nursery chain with a new £5million building.
With nurseries already at Hutton, London Road and Myerscough, this is the fourth nursery school.
Taking children aged three month to four-years-old the nursery will operate 52-weeks-of-the-year and be open from 7am to 6pm Monday to Friday.

Ashbridge say they want an ‘outdoor ethos’ for the site with more than 400 trees planted, using inspiration from Sweden and Finland to learn about how to run nurseries.
Communication and compliance officer Charlotte Bingham Brindle said: “We are really excited to be opening Ashbridge at Maxy Farm and to be able to give families in this Cottam and the surrounding areas the opportunity to access the outstanding Ashbridge standards of childcare. There is a real need for year-round high quality childcare in this area of Preston and we are thrilled to be part of the ever-developing community in Cottam.
“The fantastic facilities, highly-qualified practitioners and focus on outdoor learning will ensure that Ashbridge at Maxy Farm provides the absolute best in care and education for young children. The Maxy Farm team are looking forward to getting to know all our new families over the coming months and are hard at work preparing the nursery for our opening day on 4th September.”
A video has been released showcasing what’s to come at the nursery.
Places are still available at the nursery, details on the Maxy Farm website. The nursery opens on Monday 4 September.
