Gin festival planned for Preston bar during Bank Holiday weekend

A second gin festival is taking place at a Preston city centre bar during the Bank Holiday Weekend.

1842 Bar and Restaurant, in the former Corn Exchange, is putting on the Mad Hatters Gin Party.

With more than 20 speciality gins on offer and a plethora of gin cocktails there’s plenty ofr everyone.

The festival, running from 5pm on Friday 25 August to Sunday 27 August, is in the bar’s outdoor gin bar the Rabbit Hole.

A marquee has also been put up to ensure it can continue no matter what the Preston weather throws at it.

Entry to the gin festival is £20 (plus a £1.59 booking fee) and includes three speciality gins from the festival and a glass goblet.
