A Preston man has gone missing following a crash in Preston in the early hours of Sunday morning.
Connor Hegarty was believed to have been driving a Vauxhall Astra when it was involved in a crash near the railway bridge in Fylde Road, Ashton-on-Ribble.
Preston Police shut the road for two hours from 2.30am on Sunday (6 August).
The silver car he was driving struck the bridge.
Connor, 23, has not been seen since the collision. He was wearing a white t-shirt and black jeans at the time of his disappearance.
PC Amy Cooney said: “Connor has been missing for several days now and we are concerned for his welfare.
“We believe he was driving a Vauxhall Astra which was involved in a collision in the Ashton area. Connor has not been seen since.
“If you have seen him, or know where he is, please contact police.
“Furthermore, I would urge Connor, if he sees this appeal, to contact us to let officers know he is safe and well.”
