Two men arrested after chase including swim in canal

Police arrested two men this afternoon (July 18) after they were caught in a stolen vehicle.
The incident happened before 3pm in the Savick area of Preston and the vehicle in question was a black Mini.

Officers chased the two men on foot and through a canal before the arrests were made.
