A popular Preston city centre sandwich bar and cafe has closed.
Swarbricks in Cross Street has called time.
Debbie Sheehan said: “This business is now closed from 11 July 2017 due to retirement of owners.”
Those who ran Swarbricks were behind the Old Tea bar.
Preston foodie and local photographer Tony Worrall hailed Swarbricks as being ‘the best sandwich shop in the city’ – and Tony knows his food.

Swarbricks has a five-star food hygiene rating and was running at three out of five stars on Trip Advisor.
