Do you have a secret talent that you are waiting to be discovered?

Preston’s Got Talent Competition is returning to the City this summer and audition dates have been revealed.

If you would like to show off your talent then this free competition, held by Big Star Events, might be your ticket to stardom.

You must attend one of the auditions which will be held at the Community Gateway Association Hub, Harbour House, on Preston Docklands.

They will be taking place on Wednesday 5 July at 6pm or Sunday 9 July at 1pm.

You can also send in a recent video clip before the audition dates.

You can sign up to the contest by registering online, and tell Big Star Events about your act.

The competition will then hold five live contests across Preston, in which the winner of each will then journey through to the live show.

The five contests will take place on the following dates:

• Friday 21 July – Grange Primary School – 2 -5 pm – one winner
• Wednesday 26 July – Ribbleton Park – 1 -4 pm
• Saturday 29 July – St Gregory’s School – 1 -4 pm
• Wednesday 2 August – Savick, Ainsdale Drive – 1 -4 pm
• Friday 4 August – Brookfield Shops, Langcliffe Drive – 1 -4 pm

The five successful winners from the contests will perform at a prestigious awards event that could help kick-start their career, as Big Star Events are on the hunt for the next class act.
