Police capture driver doing 105mph in the rain

‘Ridiculously dangerous’ driving was captured on camera by police on the M6.

Officers were forced to go up to 105mph on the southbound stretch of the motorway near Preston.

Lancashire Road Police posted the video footage showing the pursuit which lasted from Junction 32 (Broughton) to Junction 28 (Leyland).

Large plumes of spray can be seen coming from the vehicle ahead of the police as they gave chase around 8.20pm on Friday (28 July).

The driver was branded as ‘very stupid’ and has been summonsed to court for their actions.
