Motorbike and car involved in Strand Road crash

A major route is shut for commuters in Preston due to a crash.
Preston Police are dealing with a collision involving a motorbike and a car in Strand Road, near Preston city centre.
The incident, which took place around 8.15am on Friday (21 July), is close to the park and ride site.
Police were seen at the junction with Portway.
