Kieran, 29, passed away in April and his family want to celebrate his life.
He lived with cystic fibrosis and coached the under-9s team at Ribbleton FC.
Kieran was also a long-standing supporter of Preston North End.
The 24-hours of football takes place at Preston Grasshoppers in Lightfoot Lane, Fulwood on Saturday 5 August.
Matches begin at 10am and there’s also a family fun day taking place.
