Update: Lancashire County Council confirm when Guild Way roadworks will be
Guild Way – the flyover towards and coming from Penwortham – needs resurfacing work – along with sections of Marsh Lane and Ringway.
Signs indicate the road will be closing but Lancashire County Council can’t say exactly when. They say the work is weather dependant.
Surface dressing is needed and is due to take place anytime up to Monday 10 July.
Guild Way will be shut from the junction with Corporation Street to where it meets Strand Road.
