Dozens of cars have been vandalised overnight in Preston and South Ribble.

Drivers awoke on Saturday (29 July) morning to find key scratches running down the sides and bonnets of their cars.

Ryan Owen Gibson contacted Blog Preston with pictures of his car – which is going to need some paint work.

He has scratches across the bonnet and passenger side of the car.

Cars in Broadgate and into Leyland Road have been affected – down to near the British Legion.

A BBC presenter, who lives in Broadgate, also had her car scratched.

Preston Police are investigating and the crime reference number is LC-20170729-0439 to quote when calling 101.
