It will be replaced by a new Argos Digital store inside the Preston Sainsbury’s supermarket.

“The new shop is great for customers, who are looking for easier, more convenient ways to shop. We’re looking forward to feedback from customers about the increased range and offer.”

The move comes after Argos, and the Home Retail Group, was acquired by Sainsbury’s as part of their £1.2 billion in September 2016.
