A driver doing nearly twice the speed limit on a stretch of road which has seen fatal crashes has been arrested.
Police have released video footage of the 4×4 speeding up Brockholes Brow.
The stretch of the A59 coming off the M6 at the Tickled Trout roundabout is due to receive average speed cameras from the Autumn.
Footage showing the car speeding through the 40mph zone and reaching top speeds of 74mph with police in pursuit.
