Beats of Rage takes to the canals

One of Preston’s most legendary clubnights will be taking place on the canals this weekend.

Beats of Rage are celebrating ten years of debauchery by hosting one of their legendary parties on a canal barge.

It is the first in a run of events to markĀ their tenth anniversary.

Matt Fawbert, one of the team behind Beats of Rage, said: “Beats of Rage reaches the ripe old age of 10 years in 2017, so to celebrate we’ll be throwing a bunch of special events.

“This one is extra special as we’re bringing the legendary acid-house and techno DJ and producer Justin Robertson on to a very intimate canal barge party.

“It’s not something you’ll see every day in Preston, or anywhere for that matter. We’re dead excited.”

The cruise will start at 7pm at Guy’s Thatched Hamlet and the ticket will include transport to the afterparty. You are advised to arrive early.

Tickets are Ā£30 and available from Skiddle here.

Beats of Rage has been putting on some of the most unique clubnights in Preston for the last decade.

They often include quirky locations, special guests and a trio of resident DJs.
