A Preston woman is appealing for help in tracking down her beloved motorbike.

The bike was taken while its owner, Ashleigh Kay, was working on Sunday afternoon at the RSPCA in Ribbleton.

The 26-year-old has reported the theft at 3pm on Sunday (14 May) to Preston Police who have begun looking for the bike.

Ashleigh said: “The bike is a massive part of my life.

“It’s my only way of being independent and gets me around. It’s my first form of transport and I love it.”

Anyone with information about where the bike is can call police on 101 quoting reference SA1707171.
