Inside a former church earmarked for demolition has been revealed by an urban explorer.
scrappyNW was granted permission by the owners of St Teresa’s Roman Catholic Church in Church Avenue, Fishwick, to see how it is faring up.
It seems the roof is intact of the church, which has plans lodged to become a 30-bed care home.
Proposals from Exemplar Health Care include demolishing the church as well as the church hall and presbytery.

The pictures show the vast scale of the church which is no longer in use.
An organ still stands in pride of place looking down on where the aisle and pews would have been.
The photographer was also able to gain access to look down on the church which gives a real scale of the building.
