No.10 Preston was the first apart-hotel to open in Preston city centre.

Opposite Theatre Street Bar and Grill, the apart-hotel offers guests a choice of five different themed rooms where guests can spend the night either being 007 or feel like a princess in Tiffany’s.

Guests also have the choice to stay in The Hunt, Chelsea and Polo. Each room offers Hypnos beds, a full Sky TV package, free sweets, a welcome pack, a kitchen, an en-suite waterfall bath and shower and complimentary toiletries by Milton Brown.

But all rooms have their own unique theme to offer guests a different experience in Preston. The largest apartment, ‘The Hunt’ guests will find themselves surrounded by the countryside which can sleep up to six guests.

Room prices are available from £89 to £149 a night depending on the apartment they choose to stay, when they stay and how many people wish to stay.

Hotel manager Ross Taylor said: “Theatre Street is the best location because of the bar and grill across the road and Preston is a developing city with a lot going on, which is really exciting and the branch thought it would be a good starting point”.

So far, the owners have spent around £100,000 – £150,000 with the company designing all the ideas and décor of the apartments.

The additional apartments are due to be open in September this year.
