A Preston woman has spoken of her anger at seeing a pensioner’s mobility scooter stolen.
The woman, who asked not to be named, was coming out of the Post Office in Blackpool Road, Ashton-on-Ribble, around 4.30pm on Tuesday (16 May) when the incident took place.
An 86-year-old man was in the Post Office when two teenagers, in school uniform, are alleged to have taken the vehicle.
They made off with it in the direction of the Lane Ends area.
The woman who witnessed the incident said one boy was slim build, short dark hair and average height for his age. Both boys were wearing black jumpers and dark trousers.

The 86-year-old man was walked to his home which is nearby.
The scooter has been recovered during Tuesday evening.
