A Preston man remains in hospital with serious injuries following a crash in Longridge.
The incident in the early hours of Sunday (30 April) morning saw a Toyota Pickup collide with an Audi A3.
Lancashire Police shut Higher Road to deal with the collision at 1.30am.
The Audi hit a wall and the Toyota drove off before police arrived.
An 18-year-old woman, the driver of the Audi, suffered cuts to her face as a result of the collision.
Police later located the Toyota and discovered the 24-year-old passenger, a Goosnargh man, had serious spinal injuries. He was taken to Royal Preston Hospital and remains there.

The driver of the Toyota, a 23-year-old Longridge man, is assisting police with their enquiries.
Sergeant Oliver Jones of the Road Policing Unit said: “This collision has left a young man with serious injuries and we are appealing to anyone who was in the area at the time and may have witnessed what happened to contact us.”
