A Colour Dash fun run has been organised by Archbishop Temple School‘s Parent Teacher Association.
The run will be taking place on Friday 19 May at the school located on St Vincent’s Road, just off the A6.
The Colour Dash, which will start at 6.30pm, has been organised following the success of the Bonfire and Fireworks Evening that took place at Archbishop Temple earlier in the school year.
Everyone is welcome to attend the event, which will involve fun runners completing a 3 or 6 kilometre dash.
Hot food and refreshments will be available for you to purchase throughout the evening.
There will also be a plant sale taking place throughout the evening and after the race for you to come and browse.
Tickets for the dash priced at £5 per person and they are available to members of the public, in advance, from the school reception.
Tickets will also be available to purchase on the night from the front gate.
Runners are advised to wear a white shirt, to help display the colours.

The colour powders will be washable, biodegradable and hypoallergenic but wearing of eye covering so sunglasses are advised.
Asthma sufferers are advised not to participate, although the powders are EN1223/2009 European Cosmetic Regulations compliant.
Admission is at the discretion of the school and may be refused, and admission money may not be refunded.
Also parking is not available at Archbishop Temple School.
It should be noted that ticket money will not be refunded if you do not attend however you are welcome to allow another runner to take your place.
