The former Bella Emilios Restaurant is set to become a brand new business.
A planning application has been submitted Preston City Council requesting for Entwistle Design Services to transform the existing building on behalf of the new owner.
The old Italian restaurant, in Friargate, is currently one singular unit, however the architects plan on transforming the building into two smaller units.

The modification, taking place at 138-139 Friargate, will include the installation of new shop fronts and alterations to the front elevation.
The proposed floor layout suggests that there will be two new kitchens fitted to accommodate both restaurants.
A spokesperson from Entwistle Design Services said: “We have submitted a planning application to Preston City Council on behalf of the owner.
“We are going to transform the former Italian restaurant with one unit into two smaller restaurants.
“We are not sure who the owner will be.
“We were just created the plan and the owner can do what they wish with the building.”
The application was submitted to Preston City Council’s planning department on 16 May and Entwistle Design Services will now wait for the decision date which has not yet been released.
