Barn fire spreads to farm buildings near Preston

A major fire has seen eight fire crews called to a barn on the outskirts of Preston.
Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service said it had firefighters attending the incident in Cumeragh Lane in Whittingham.
The fire involves hay in a barn and has spread to adjacent buildings.
Water from a nearby pond is being used to fuel the fire hoses and try to bring the fire under control.

One eyewitness said the fire was at Little Meadow Farm.
Lancashire Police said they are advising people in the area to keep windows closed.
