Seventeen teenagers competed in the event which celebrate their fundraising and community achievements.
A number of other awards were given out with Shannon Murphy, 13, of Preston, taking home the charity award for raising £1,881 in eight weeks.
Olivia Dixon, 14, of Clayton-le-Woods, won the eco fashion award for an outfit inspired by saving marine life.
Regional Miss England organiser for the North West Mark Jones said: “I continue to be astounded by the tenacity and effort of the Junior Miss Preston Finalists.
“From helping out in their communities to incredible fundraising efforts and accomplished public speaking, Preston should be proud of the young women coming from the area at a time where teenagers can be talked about less than favourably.
“These passionate and committed young women deserve recognition and have shown maturity beyond their years.”
