A teenager is now in police protection following a human trafficking police operation during Thursday morning.
Preston Police carried out a stop on a Vauxhall Corsa in New Hall Lane during the early hours.
A 17-year-old girl was found in the car and three people have been arrested.
The two men, aged 23 and 33, and a woman, aged 36, have been arrested on suspicion of human trafficking and are in custody.
The incident is the latest in a series of raids and operations aimed at tackling modern slavery.
