A country fair on the outskirts of Preston at one of its largest college’s has announced details.
Myerscough College holds its annual open day and country fair in June.
During the event there’s falconry, motorsports, a chef demo with River Cottage’s Tim Maddams and a children’s inflatables area.
A spokesman from the college said: “One of the biggest days out in Lancashire’s outdoor events calendar sees crowds enjoy an action-packed family fun day out, including the an array of demonstrations, shows and interactive activities from the college’s many diverse subject areas as well as food, drink and live music and entertainment.
“Prospective students also get the chance to see the beautiful campus at its best and chat with tutors and staff from each area.”
The 3Sixty motorbike stunt team are due to return for the fair, along with the ever popular Sheep Show.
Food and drink options include the Made in Lancashire Food Fayre.

The country fair is on Sunday 11 June and the car parks open from 9.30am. It takes place at the college’s grounds in St Michaels Road, Bilsborrow.
Early-bird tickets are being offered until Friday 21 April with up to 40 per cent off tickets bringing the price for a family ticket to £13 for two adults and two children.
