Renowned music artist, Kate Rusby, is bringing her exciting new tour to Preston’s Charter Theatre this May.
The Folk singer is signed to Pure Records and this will be her first performance in Preston since 2010.
Audiences are in for a treat as the star, with a career span of over 25 years in music, showcases her finest interpretations of traditional folk songs, along with her emotive original melodies.
The Preston show is the first of Kate’s Spring 2017 tour and will be taking place on Wednesday 10 May at 7.30pm.
Kate’s tour will take her on a journey around the country, performing in places such as Stockport, Chesterfield, and High Wycombe before finishing in Cardiff.
Kate has a rare ability to transport her audience, touching them emotionally and making each tune live vividly within their experience and imagination.
Along with her timeless classics, Kate will be performing a selection of fresh songs from her latest album ‘Life in a Paper Boat’.
She will be joined on stage by the cream of British folk musicians who form her band, and they are sure to delight you with their exceptional talents.
