A man using the toilet at Preston railway station had an unnerving experience which has triggered a police appeal.
Just after 12noon on Thursday 20 April a man was using the cubicle in the toilets.
As he did so a hand appeared on the floor of a neighbouring cubicle, catching the attention of the man on the toilet.
He looked down and saw the face of a man looking into the cubcle.
As he came out of the cubicle he challenged the man he had seen peeping in.
Railway staff also challenged the man who ran out of the station via the main subway.
