A beer festival is back at a Preston cricket club during the end of the month.

Fulwood and Broughton Cricket Club in Garstang Road has its sixth annual beer festival – and is adding a gin and prosecco bar.

Running from Friday 28 April evening until Sunday night it has free entry.

The club states: “Enjoy your great beer, delicious food, excellent choice of gin, chilled prosecco, exciting cricket and sunshine.”

During the Saturday of the festival the second eleven of Fulwood and Broughton take on Hoghton Cricket Club, while during Sunday there’s a junior match.

Local and regional cask ales and ciders are being served.

The sessions are 6pm to 11pm on Friday 28 April, 1pm to 11pm on Saturday 29 April and 1pm to 10.30pm on Sunday 30 April.
