The big art deco style offices, located at the entrance to Preston’s Riversway Docklands, have been put on the market in the hope of being either sold or rented.

Duxburys Commercial is the building surveying firm that is marketing the purpose built offices.

The offices extend to two floors, however the layout of each floor varies.
The ground floor is largely open plan with a number of cellular offices.
However the first floor has a layout consisting of a range of small offices that could potentially, and easily, be be turned into boardrooms or managerial offices.

The Old Dock House has two staircases and both male and female toilets situated on each floor.
The property also features partial air conditioning along with perimeter trunking for data and power and central heating.
There is also a car park on the site which includes 40 car parking spaces.
Duxburys Commerical has priced the property for sale at Ā£800,000, and also at a rental price of Ā£80,000 per annum.
