Man talked down from roof in Tulketh area

A man was talked down from a roof at a house in the Tulketh area during Tuesday afternoon.
Preston Police cordoned off Roebuck Street around 3.15pm after a man was seen climbing a house.
A police spokesman said they were in attendance after reports of a man climbing a drainpipe.
The man was talked down after 15 minutes and taken to Royal Preston Hospital due to a concern for welfare.
A bystander said two police vans and a number of fire engines were in the road during the incident.
The road has fully reopened.
